In this video, we walk through the key components of the spektr platform and how to navigate between them. You will learn about:

• Connection Hub: where you connect all of your data and access your datasets.

• Process Engine: the ‘brains’ behind the platform, where you can create processes for onboarding, monitoring, customer scoring, risk, and enrichment.

• Loop Engine: the core of our automation framework where you can create actionable feedback loops on your processes.

• Case Management: this is where you have an overview of all of your customers and alerts.

• Strategy View: here, you can zoom out and see how all of your processes are connected and work together.

• Settings: access account information, add users, customize your domain name etc.
